Kininvie Scotch Whisky Distillery
Kininvie Distillery is a Scottish whisky distillery within the Speyside region of Scotland in Dufftown. The distillery has nine stills with three of the wash, and other six spirt. The Kininvie distillery was built when whisky was in the decline in Scotland and distilleries were being shut. The owners always believed that in the long term whisky would be back on the 'worldwide' menu and how right were they.

Tomintoul Distillery Tour
Planet Whiskies had a fantastic trip up to the Speyside Whisky region of Scotland in February 2024 to visit Angus Dundee Distillers Tomintoul Distillery within the Cairngorms National Park. Then, after the distillery tour and tasting, which was hosted by Iain Forteath, the master blender of Tomintoul, our press group travelled and stayed the night at the recently bought country home of Tomintoul House in the Aultmore Estate (previously called Aultmore House).
