Single Malt Scottish Whisky from the Dalmore Distillery
This page refers to Scottish Single Malts from the Dalmore Distillery. This Highland distillery of Dalmore was built in 1839 by Alexander Matheson and the leased a couple of times to finally be sold the three Mackenzie bothers in 1891. It was used during the first World War by the Royal Navy for a storage facility and was slightly damaged in the process. Over the years they have been a number of owners, before Whyte and Mackay parent company (Vijay Mallya's) bought it in 2007. There are a few good stories of prices then Dalmore malts have sold for during the years and when looking into the distillery history I was amazed. On this page there is a selection of the malts on offer from Dalmore and they are all of the highest quality and would say have to be one of my favourite malts in the market place just because the taste is amazing and therefore would recommend Dalmore malts to everyone.
